Ottawa Tourism's Stars of the City Customer Service Awards recognize the front line people who go to great lengths to make your visit in Canada's Capital Region outstanding. We want to know if you got the Star treatment—in a restaurant, hotel, museum, shop or cab—so nominate the people who made your visit special today!

Every Star who receives a nomination will be sent a Stars of the City certificate and lapel pin, a copy of their nomination, and a congratulatory letter to their supervisor. At the end of each program year, nominations are put forward to an independent panel of judges, and winners are selected in several different award categories. Then, at the annual Recognition Evening, one truly exceptional nominee is named our region's Star of the City. In recognition for their achievement in customer service excellence, our new Star receives a beautiful award, and valuable prizes and they are featured on the Stars nomination brochures and posters the following year.
