2011 Stars of the City Conference and Tradeshow

The 2011 Stars of the City Conference & Tradeshow was held April 19,    2011 at the Canadian Museum of Nature. 

 The Conference and Trade Show was a great success. Thank-you to our sponsors for making it all possible. Special thank-you to the Museum of Nature for hosting this event in their beautiful new facility.

 Year after year this five-star event gives front line staff the chance to soar to new heights by strengthening their customer service skills and informing them about what there is to see and do this year in Canada’s Capital Region. Highlights included:
