            2010 Stars of the City Conference and Tradeshow

The 2010 Stars of the City Conference & Tradeshow was held April 27, 2010 at the Canada Science and Technology Museum. 

Year after year this five-star event gives front line staff the chance to soar to new heights by strengthening their customer service skills and informing them about what there is to see and do this year in Canada’s Capital Region. Highlights included:

- Keynote presentation “Seven Humour Habits for Workplace Wellness” by Paul Huschilt,

-Electricity demonstration at the Canada Science and Technology Museum,

-An “Everything Ottawa” presentation by Ottawa Tourism,

Interactive Tradeshow featuring local tourism products and service providers,
